How much collagen do I need?

What does it taste like?
Our Active Whey & Collagen comes in 2 great flavours: Chocolate and Strawberry. We use only natural flavouring preparations. Because whey protein is sourced from dairy (cow’s milk), it typically has a creamy, dairy texture which mixes well in a shake.
Are there any dietary restrictions?
Active Whey & Collagen is not suitable if you follow a vegan or vegetarian diet or if you have a milk allergy.
How much protein do I need each day?
We would recommend between 1.2 to 2.0 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day for endurance and strength-trained athletes. This range is dependent on the type and intensity of the training.
We would recommend between 1.2 – 1.5g per kg of body weight being suitable and appropriate for most recreationally active adults.
Protein intake should be spaced out intermittently throughout the day and especially after exercise or training to support optimal muscle protein resynthesis.

Ingredients
- 100g Butter
- 100g White Chocolate
- 300g White Chocolate
- 300g Marshmallows
- 1 heaped tbsp strawberry jam
- 2 scoops Active Whey Collagen
- 170g Strawberries
- 170g White Chocolate Coco Pops
Instructions
- Melt the following ingredients together in a saucepan:
100g Butter
100g White Chocolate
300g Marshmallows
1 heaped tbsp Strawberry Jam - Once melted, stir in:
