Arron has been a personal trainer and lifestyle coach for the last 18 years and has a wealth of experience across many areas. He was the Personal Trainer for Babington House (Soho House Group) for 10 years working with high net worth clients from film stars to CEOs and gaining valuable experience along the way. He opened his first gym in Bath in 2016 and after its success, pened a second one just two years later in 2018.
Arron has studied Chinese Medicine and Eastern wellness practices for the last 10 years and he takes this into his approach with clients in the personal and corporate sector. He has used this range of skills and wealth of experience to create an effective, sustainable, and balanced approach to fitness and health that truly works for anyone.
He also runs several retreats for clients all over the world from luxury longer stays in Greece and Ibiza, to shorter, local weekend focuses. All the retreats are aimed at educating participants on how to reduce the effects of stress in order to improve overall health and wellbeing.
Arron is the senior instructor for Hayo’uFit, the on demand qigong service. You can choose from several classes per day 7 days a week so you can literally do Qigong anytime, anywhere!
Arron’s passion to support men's mental health led him to set up the men's group, Ice Breakers in 2020. This group uses cold water, nature, and community to support men from all walks of life with their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We do free weekly cold water swims in rivers and lakes in the Bath and surrounding areas and host weekend retreats and events.
Having always been a keen adventurer Arron has climbed several mountains in the Himalayas with Ed Jackson. Ed is quadriplegic and Arron is part of the support team that climbs with him on his challenges. In 2019 they broke the world record for the highest quadriplegic with a 6500m summit and reached a height of 6800m on a summit attempt of Mt Himlung Himal, April 2022.
Arron regularly contributes to the U Perform blog, YouTube channel and podcast in an effort to share his knowledge of health, fitness, and overall wellbeing with more and more people.
