 Why U Perform?

These products help to enhance my preparation, my performance, and my recovery after a tough days training or game.

Favourite U Perform product?

I’m a big fan of the active collagen gels. Not only are they quick and easy to digest, they taste fantastic too. As a rugby league players your joints, ligaments and muscles take a beating during training and a game. The collagen helps me recover from any damage caused to them and allows me to train and play feeling great.

Looking ahead – what are your goals 2020-2021?

Current goals are to stay fit and healthy during this pandemic for when our season gets ready to go again. My goal in 2021 is to have an injury free year and be consistent in my performances on the field. In the hope of being selected to represent Ireland RL at the 2021 Rugby League World Cup held here in England.
